I’m a service designer with a background in international politics and social research. I help people and organisations understand and bridge gaps between policy intent, organisational reality, and how people behave.

I’ve worked across public, community, and consultancy roles and I specialise in making complex systems work better for people and planet. I bring rigour to process and shape how change happens in real-world contexts.

I approach design as a way to humanise problems and bring together diverse expertise – technical, professional, and lived experience – to take action with clarity and intention. 

This is particularly valuable in emerging and contested spaces such as AI and climate policy, where regulation, infrastructure, and lived experience need to be aligned to support the health of people and our planet.
